HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASING DECISION?
As many as it takes! Step 1 to finding the perfect home is to get prequalified to see your exact budget and monthly payment. Once you have this we can shop. Arrange for a consult with me to determine your wants and needs. When we have dialed in your dreams, we will go on tour. It may take 1 showing or 20, however many it is, I walk the store path with you from showing to closing.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME A SUCCESSFUL SALE?
No! As your realtor I will not make promises I cannot keep. Every sale is unique and can be easy or quite complex. There may be bumps in the road during negotiations but from the beginning to the end I will be there to advise, help you decide important decisions, and referring vendors as you request them. The most successful sale is one that ends with a happy buyer in a happy home no matter how many offers it takes.
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
Fees can be complex when discussing a commission for a home sale. When we meet I will provide all the options and advice available to help you decide. Depending on the services you need or want from staging to drone photography the decision is yours to make.
